Ok first count speed, stamina, duration, etc. If you for example out of all stats count to 64 Overall will be 88. I got this by counting superstar stats. For example Nitro is 89 so I counted all stats and got 65 so overall is 89. I counted for all overalls and saw they all go up by 1.

Example: If stats add up to 77, then overall is 101, so the rule is add 24 to the total of the stats to get the overall.
